- San Diego VA Clinic
UBG was honored to play a role in creating this essential veteran resource. The 176 sqft San Diego VA Clinic serves between 600 and 800 veterans per day and provides physical therapy, optometry, pathology, radiology, and dental services to those who served our country. UBG played an important role in this award-winning project, which involves transforming a dense bunker from an old Bank of America building into an outpatient hospital. Overall, the project cost $22.2 million and we supplied and installed all metal stud framing, drywall, and lath & plaster. - The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center
UBG installed 5,000 sqft of framing and 45,000 sqft of drywall on this critical community resource. The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center helps community residents suffering from addiction and contains residential lodging, a cafeteria, classroom space, and other amenities. We were proud to contribute to a building that helps to make a difference in people’s lives every day. - Encinitas Beach Resort
We partnered with Suffolk to build a 130-room coastal beach resort, which is comprised of a unique blend of stone and wood. As part of this project which took place just north of San Diego, we handled 60,000 sqft of framing and 120,000 sqft of drywall with ease, while delivering results on time and on budget.
