UBG’s Recent Coatings Projects

- Viejas Casino & Resort – We supported the renovation of this large casino as we applied primer and two coats of finish to the interior. Then we installed wall coverings, corner guards for the restrooms, and FRP. The casino is now rated as a Forbes Travel Guide 4-Star and AAA Four Diamond resort.
- Sea Breeze Properties – One of our largest coatings projects, this one required scaffolding in order to apply a fresh coat of paint to this 59,075 sqft., mixed-use building with a combination of retail space and residential units. As always, we completed this project on-schedule.
- Solana Beach Garage Column Graphics – The coatings team at UBG installed vinyl graphics on garage columns at locations all across Solana Beach. Not only did we install graphics at 121 total locations, we did it in less than one month.
